We form each 3 oz bottle from thermal-resistant borosilicate glass free from BPA, BPS, and phthalates. The clear material stands up to high heat during daily cleanings and keeps its clarity through continuous wash cycles.
Molded surface points on the soft silicone nipple help guide correct mouth placement for nursing newborns. The supple shape flexes naturally as your baby feeds to encourage proper suction habits from the earliest days.
Our SS size nipple meters milk at our lowest flow rate, matching the gentle pace preemies and newborns need. Integrated vents direct air away from the tip to help the nipple hold its shape during continuous sips.
Each wide-neck bottle breaks down into just four simple parts for quick washing and reassembly. You can sterilize the components in boiling water, electric steam units, microwave warmers, or standard bottle sterilizers.
I purchased these bottles at the recommendation of my IBCLC. The bottles are great quality and easy to hold. They are much lighter than some other glass bottles. The nipples pass the triangle test and are great for breastfed babies. I found that the super slow flow nipples are much better for those transitioning between bottle and breast as the SS flow better mimics breastmilk flow.
These are my favorite bottles. After a lot of trial and error these are the only bottles my baby will take. My previously exclusively breastfed baby refused all bottles until we tried Gulicola. I have since reordered MANY more bottles and nipples. I love that these bottle are glass, each part of the bottle is dishwasher safe and otherwise very easy to hand wash.
