Can I order directly on this site? No. This site is our showroom; the buy button on every product page takes you to our retail partner, and the order lives there from that point on.
Who ships my order? Our retail partner does, with their usual delivery options and timescales shown at checkout. We do not run our own dispatch.
Are the prices on this site final? They are indicative. The price at the partner’s checkout is the one that counts, and it can move between your visit here and your visit there.
Something is wrong with my order. Who do I talk to? The partner’s order area, in the account you bought with. They handle every step after the buy button.
Do all your nipples fit all your bottles? Yes. One wide-neck fit across the whole range, every level, every material, every size.
Which flow level does my baby need? The flow finder answers that in two questions. As a rough map: SS from day one, S from 1 month, M from 3, L from 6, LL from 9.
What is the difference between your PP and PPSU bottles? Weight is similar; PPSU tolerates repeated sterilising better and is the honey-tinted one. The long answer is in the material primer.
Can I boil the bottles? Glass and PPSU, yes. For PP we suggest steam sterilising over long boiling. Details in the care note.
How often should nipples be replaced? When they show wear: thinning, tears, tackiness or a flow that sped up on its own. With daily use that is a few times a year, which is why nipples come in 3-packs.
